History

In the 1970s Pardee Homes purchased a piece of land from Stardust International raceway. Pardee Homes planned a housing community for this piece of land called Spring Valley. By 1981 Spring Valley Las Vegas became an unincorporated town. There were many private homes in the town along with Spring Valley NV apartments and Spring Valley rentals.
